DOVER-FOXCROFT- Andrew T. Taylor, 50, died November 19, 2014, at Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft. He was born in Dover-Foxcroft January 14, 1964, the son of Marvin and Patricia (Dow) Taylor.

He was in the Army Reserve for 2 years. He received his CDL in Caribou in 1993 and worked as a truck driver for several years. Because of multiple disabilities, he stopped working in 2000. He loved playing poker, especially Texas Hold'em. He enjoyed writing and filled many notebooks with poems, however, his main love was spending time with his family.

He is survived by his father and his wife, Sandra of Guilford; and his mother, Patricia Stewart of Sangerville; his wife of 25 years, Tina Taylor of Dover-Foxcroft; 5 children, Jamie Shorey and her husband, Ryan, Yvonne Taylor and Jeremiah Taylor, all of Dover-Foxcroft, and Sarah Taylor of Livermore Falls, Clarissa Stone and her husband, Shane of Orneville; 3 brothers, Macy Gardner and his wife, Nancy of Guilford, Marty Taylor and his wife, Rhonda, and Rod Willey and his wife, Heather, all of Sangerville; 2 sisters, Kelly Taylor of Guilford, and Jacqueline Watt of Saco; several step brothers, step sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014, from 1 to 4:20 PM, at the American Legion Hall in Dover-Foxcroft.

Cremation arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Guilford.
