PLYMOUTH - Anita (Walker) Latham, 73, died November 23, 2021 at a Pittsfield hospital. She was born April 24, 1948 in Hartland, the daughter of Frank and Elva (Russell) Walker. She graduated from Nokomis Regional High and received an Associate's Degree from Beal College. She retired from Skills, Inc. as a supervisor and will be remembered as an avid gardener, knitter and sewer. Her cooking skills were exceptional, especially her yeast rolls. She had attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Newport.

She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Ronald; 4 daughters, Merinda and partner Dean Mills, Patricia and husband Larry Kennedy, Stacy and husband Paul York, Tracy and husband Richard Kempton, Jr.; 2 brothers, Dale and wife Liana Walker and Robin Walker; 6 grandchildren, Elzadie, Elva, Heather, Jennifer, Merinda and Blaine; and 8 great grandchildren.

Anita was predeceased by a son Mark Hart; and brothers Mike, Phillip, and Gerald Walker, and Raymond Eldridge.

At her request there will be no calling hours. A graveside funeral and committal service will be held at 1 P.M. Tuesday, November 30th, at Sawyer Cemetery, Plymouth, with the Rev. Robert Emrich officiating. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
