NEWPORT - Ann J. Prossin (Ireland) Provost, 90, died June 9, 2022 comfortably at her home. She was born March 12, 1932 in New York City, NY, a daughter of John and Josephine (Lero) Prossin.

She was an avid quilter and hand quilter. She was a friend of Bill W. for many years.

Ann was a mother of nine. She is survived by 3 sons; a daughter; many grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband; 4 sons; a daughter; a grandson; grandparents that raised her; her parents; and 2 half sisters.

There will be no services at her request. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
