CAMBRIDGE - Anthony "Tony" Donald Santi, Jr., 77, passed away suddenly on July 5, 2022 in a Maine hospital. Tony was born on September 10, 1944 in New Haven, Connecticut to the late Anthony and Josephine (Tata) Santi, Sr. Tony is survived by Janice Alvino and his two children, Christopher Anthony Santi and wife Heather and Todd Michael Santi; his grandchildren, Samantha Jordan Welch, Christopher Anthony Santi, Jr., and Victoria Meaghan Santi. He leaves behind his nieces Chyerl Wissback and Darlene Urbano and his nephews Nicholas and Domonic Urbano. He was predeceased by his sister Arlene Urbano. Tony attended school in Hamden, CT and graduated from Eli Whitney Technical School in 1963. He began his technical career at Branford Printing Co. as a pressman in Branford, CT. He then went on to work at Van Dyke Printing Co. in North Haven, CT where he retired after 25 years. Tony had a passion for working with his hands. He enjoyed remodeling the homes in which he lived in. No matter if it was carpentry, plumbing or electrical, he knew how to fix it. Tony's other passion was cars. He loved fixing up and keeping his vehicles in tip top shape. He liked to reminisce about all his old cars and could Identify any old car or truck that drove by right down to the year.
