STETSON--Barbara Ann Charters, 63, died unexpectedly August 16, 2018 at her residence. She was born October 30, 1954 in Bangor a daughter of Beecher and Sylvia (Shorey) Rowell. She attended Hermon High School and had been employed with the Maine Department of Transportation. In addition to her father, she is survived by a son, Chad Charters; a sister Florance Reynolds and husband Steven; her husband Thayne Charters; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother and 2 brothers, Beecher, Jr. and Larry. Graveside committal services will be held 11 A. M. Thursday, August 23rd at the Waugh Cemetery, Levant. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
