DEXTER - Beryl (Sevey) Woodard, 88, died October 13, 2021, at home surrounded by loved ones. She was born January 15, 1933 in Ripley, a daughter of Elmer and Ethel (Cool) Sevey. She attended beautician's school and was a self-employed hairdresser for many years. She attended the First Baptist Church of Dexter. Beryl is survived by 5 sons, Steven and Stephanie of Gardiner, Timothy and Sandy of Bucksport, David and Debbie of Winthrop, Leslie of Dexter, and John of Westbrook; a daughter, Irene Davis of Cambridge; a sister, Ruth Sevey of Ripley; 17 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Avon in 2013. Special thanks and consideration to Janice Novak, William and Terry Cox, Sunshine Club, Beacon Hospice, lifelong friends, and neighbors. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, October 25th, 2021 at the First Baptist Church of Dexter with the Rev. Andrew Bermudez officiating.
