He was a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins, and he also proudly followed the Green Bay Packers and the Denver Broncos. His love for music was just as strong. He found joy and connection through his favorite bands, including Mötley Crüe and Pearl Jam, whose music often served as the soundtrack to his life. Above all else, Brian loved his family. He shared a close bond with his siblings, who cherished him every day. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilman B. Reed Sr. and Pauline A. Reed, and by his brother, Kenneth D. Reed. He is survived by his brothers David Reed and Gilman B. Reed Jr., and his sister Wydenia J. Reed. Brian took great pride in being an uncle and great-uncle. He is lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews: Duran, Jeromy, Hades, Gilman III, Andrew, Valerie, Meggan, Elizabeth, and Nancy. He also leaves behind his great-nieces and great-nephews: Lucas, Scarlett, Khloe, Gilman IV, Logan, Harley, Riley and Keagan, each of whom brought him immense joy. Brian had a gift for connecting with people. He loved meeting new faces, greeting others with a firm handshake, an easy laugh, and his unforgettable smile. His kindness, approachability, and genuine love for people left a lasting impression wherever he went. Brian M.
