DEXTER – Catharine Alta (Clukey) Frankowski, wife of the late Oliver Frankowski Jr., passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025. Cathy was born December 8, 1949, in Dover-Foxcroft, and was the daughter of the late Edward and Verna (Moulton) Clukey. She is survived by her loving son, Aric Frankowski; her favorite grandson, Logan Frankowski; her favorite granddaughter, Jessica Perez, and her husband, Isaac; and her beautiful great-granddaughters, Lina, Emily, Ryleigh and Kinlee Perez. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Amanda Frankowski; her brother, Michael Clukey; two special nieces, Kristen Clukey and Karen Smith; and Karen's children. Cathy worked as a laboratory technician at Mayo Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft for nearly 20 years, a role she took great pride in. She also enjoyed her time running the C'mon Inn Bed & Breakfast from her home for more than 10 years, welcoming guests with warmth and hospitality. Cathy leaves a host of lifelong friends, each holding a special place in her heart. The family wishes to thank her dear friends Jo Lemar, Tammy Tibbetts and Everett Hibbard for the special care they have always given her. Cathy was a kind, bold, and generous spirit. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. She reminds us all, "People die, love does not." A Celebration of Life, along with interment at Mt.
