DEXTER – Cheryl Ann McKusick, 61, died April 3, 2023 at her residence. She was born May 20, 1961 in Brockton, MA, a daughter of William and Natalie (Potter) Allen.

Cheryl enjoyed spending time on Lake Wassokeag, crocheting, and looking forward to game night with family and friends. She also enjoyed spending time with her cat Buddy.

She is survived by a son David McKusick, a daughter, Melissa Hersey and husband Brian; a brother, William Allen; 2 grandchildren, Kallan and Paxton Hersey.

A memorial service will be held at 1 P.M. Saturday, April 15th at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport, with the Rev. Ellen Bridge officiating.
