CAMBRIDGE--Debra Jean Blodgett, 64, fell asleep at home on October 25, 2021, after a 10 year battle with cancer. She was born January 15, 1957 in Lebanon, NH a daughter of Gene and Alverne (Lee) Simpson.
She enjoyed watching and feeding the birds. She created many hand crafts
for friends and family. She also sold many items all over the country and
loved working with her hands. She was an animal lover, over the years having
at least 8 cats, 3 dogs, all of which brought joy and excitement. She was a
member of the Corinna Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She is survived by her husband, David; son Olin and his wife Alilia; sisters Kim Simpson, Sandra Lorton and Charlene Hopkins; brother Eric Simpson; step siblings; nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday November 3rd at 2:00 P. M. in the Holland Cemetery, 29 Brimfield Road, Holland, MA (Everyone is welcome). A memorial
(celebration of life) service will be held Sunday November 7th at 2:00 P. M. at the Waterville SDA church, 102 Ridge Road, Waterville, ME 04901. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Dexter
