DETROIT - Galen Allen Larrabee, 53, died unexpectedly November 28, 2022 at his residence. He was born August 13, 1969, a son of Bertram and Jennie (Garnett) Larrabee, Jr. He graduated from Nokomis Regional High in Newport and was a self employed contractor doing construction his whole life. Galen was well known and loved by everybody. He is survived by 2 sons, Travis Larrabee and Thor Getchell; his siblings, Maurice McDougal, Elizabeth Orcutt, Arlo McDougal, Jason Hamilton, Danny McDougal, Dot Nichols and Ray McDougal. A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, December 8th, from 4 to 6 P.M. at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport.
