PALMYRA - Joseph R. Cianci, 86, died May 4, 2020. He was born October 1, 1933 in Old Saybrook, CT, a son of Joseph and Helen Taft (Daniels) Cianci. He served in the U.S. Army and was a self-employed auto mechanic for years.

He is survived by 3 sons, Kenneth and Joseph both of Florida and Craig and girlfriend Kelly Morton of Palmyra; a daughter Angelina Karol of Florida; a sister, Josephine Atwood of Newport; 2 grandsons; a granddaughter; and 2 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Jeannette.

There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
