CORINNA - Karen Vanover, 48, died unexpectedly December 4, 2021 at her residence. She was born March 30, 1973 in Stoughton, MA, a daughter of George and Elizabeth (Estabrook) Hebert. She had a B.S. degree as a Registered Nurse and worked as a traveling nurse in many states. Karen enjoyed teaching at TCTC and loved her students. She had a heart bigger than the sun and always loved helping others. She had an outgoing sense of humor and loved camping and being a mom. Karen enjoyed hanging out with friends, making people laugh, gardening and animals.
She is survived her father George; her wife Stacy; a son Elias Vanover; a daughter Abigail Vanover; and 2 step daughters Jessica Amenhauser and Kimberly Calloway; a sister Melissa Wilcox; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends, including Barry Noyes, Ron Porter, Melody and Wayne "Gunny" Godfrey. Karen was predeceased by her mother Elizabeth (Estabrook) Hebert.
A celebration of life will be held at 10 A.M. Wednesday, Dec. 8th, at the Dover-Foxcroft Congregational Church with the Rev. Stephen Hastings officiating. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
