GREENVILLE- Lawrence S. Gaudet, 78, died February 10, 2014, at C.A. Dean Hospital in Greenville. He was born in Greenville, July 31, 1935, the son of Virgil and Marjorie (Tupper) Gaudet.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a good softball player and could hit a long ball. He worked for Scott Paper for over 21 years, and was a good skidder operator.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Maureen (Cook) Gaudet of Greenville; 5 children, Terry Gaudet and his wife, Sherry of Monson, Julie Young and her husband, Lee, Debbie Jones and her husband, Neil, and Laurie Fling and her husband, Bill, all of Greenville, and Tammy Rouillard and her husband, Joel of NY; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his companion, his dog, Bandit.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 PM, Thursday, February 13, 2014, at the Greenville Chapel of Crosby & Neal, located at the Masonic building in Greenville.
