UNITY - Lucille Frost passed away peacefully March 11, 2021 at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta. She was born November 26, 1935, to Phillip and Ethelyn (Curtis)Cossar in Corinna. She was a member of the South West Harbor American Legion Auxiliary and Tremont Congregational Church. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, cooking, family gatherings, and sharing her talents by gifting to family and friends. She survived by two daughters, Theresa Parsons of Unity and Karen Richards of Lincoln; two sons and their wives, Gerald, Jr. and Beth Frost of Seals Harbor, Kenny and Jennie Frost of Dexter; a daughter in law, Diane Frost of South West Harbor; and a son in law, David Duprey of East Millinocket; ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild; one brother and wife Phillip and Georgetta Cossar; six sisters and husbands, Marlene and Richard Cameron, Louise and Irvin Caverly, Carol and Bruce Simpson, Elaine and Raymond Richards, Marjorie "Jeannie" Garland, and Marilyn Cossar; several nieces and nephews, whom she all loved dearly; also, a very special friend, Tish Stanley. She was predeceased by her husband Gerald O. Frost; parents Bernard and Ethelyn Cossar; two sons Phillip Frost and Donald Cossar; one daughter Kathleen Duprey; two great granddaughters, Kathleen Priest and Kimberly Goodrow; two sisters Mildred and Estella Cossar; and a brother Albert Cossar. Graveside services will be announced at a later date In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tremont Congressional Church, 171 Tremont Rd., Bass Harbor ME 04653.
