STETSON - Malcolm "Jimmy" J. Bournival, 76, died peacefully at home with his family by his side on April 10, 2021 after a brief illness.
Malcolm was born March 2, 1945 in Biddeford, a son of the late Victor and Barbara (Babb) Bournival. He worked in several textile mills and was a truck driver for 25 years until his retirement in 1992.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kathie (Savage) Bournival, of Stetson; his children, Lorrie Wooldridge of Pittsfield, Cheryl Williams of Stetson, and James Garnett, Sr. of Kittery; his step children, Bunnie Adams of Pittsfield, Michelle Kennedy and Junior Gerry of Stetson; his siblings, Belinda Morris and Dennis Bournival, Sr., both of Dexter; Sandra Boyle of New York, and Willard Braley of Cambridge; several nieces and nephews; his grandchildren, Jordan, Caden, Morgan, JJ, Danielle, Adam, Ashley, Nikki, James, Jonathan, Erica, Matt, Adrien, Makayla, Alexis, Mateah, LJ, Noah, Dustin, Darren, Shelia, and Zack; 14 great grandchildren; and 2 on the way! Malcolm is also survived by a special daughter in law who helped care for him, Polly Richards of Stetson; and a lifelong friend, Kathy Walston; and his little dog Nygel.
He was predeceased by his parents, a son Malcolm "Mack" Bournival, Jr., and a sister Dolores Soucie.
There will be no services. Cremation arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
