Michael R. Moon PLYMOUTH & ROCKWOOD – Michael Moon, 71, died February 12, 2024 at his Plymouth residence. He was born December 22, 1952 in Massena, NY a son of Richard and Rolande Moon. He graduated from Massena High School, Class of 1971, and Paul Smith College, Class of 1973, with a degree in Forestry. Mike was a professional forester working for Great Northern Paper Company and Swift River. He then worked for Next Era Energy as the Moosehead Dam operator at the East and West Outlet. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities. He is survived by his companion of 33 years, Sharon Drew of Plymouth. There will be no services at this time.
