DEXTER - Mildred M. (Flewellyn) Mountain, 83, died January 30, 2023 at a Bangor hospital. She was born February 7, 1939 in Dover-Foxcroft, a daughter of Forest and Marjorie (Richards) Flewellyn. She graduated from N. H. Fay High School and furthered her education at the University of Maine at Orono. Mildred was a substitute teacher and foster grandmother for the Dexter and Corinna schools. She was also a cashier at Bud's grocery store in Dexter. She was a Baptist and a beano player and loved family barbecues. She is survived by 2 sons, Reginald, Jr., Eugene and significant other, Donna Benson; 2 daughters, Lori Hallett and Lisa Mountain; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. Mildred was predeceased by her husband, Reginald, Sr.; daughter and son in law, Katherine and Michael Ricker; 2 grandsons, Matthew and Kyle. There will be no services at this time. Cremation arrangements are by Crosby & Neal.
