Nancy A. (Dawes) Hall August 27, 1937, to January 5, 2025 Sangerville - Nancy A. (Dawes) Hall, 87, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2025, in Bangor, Maine with her children at her side. She was born on August 27, 1937, in Sangerville, daughter of Francis "Bucky" and Eleanor (Clukey) Dawes. She was the wife of the late Richard "Dick" Hall Sr. Nancy attended schools in Guilford and Sangerville, graduating from PCHS, Class of 1955. She and Dick were married in 1957. Shortly thereafter, they moved to Eastport where they raised their young family. In 1972, they returned to their roots and settled in Sangerville, Maine. Mom worked at Pride Manufacturing for several years, retiring in 2006. She loved reading, word search books, watching the Red Sox, and playing golf until she was no longer able to play, but most of all she loved her family. Nancy is survived by her children, Wendy Bradford (Robert), their daughter Charley (Wayne); Richard "Rick" Jr (Michelle), their children Dale who spent countless hours with gram, Devin (Brittany) and Chelsea (Griffin); Shelly Brown (Rob) their children Nate, Todd and Scott); and grandson Wade (Tristin); several great-grandchildren, especially Brinley Jo, whom she adored and had a special bond. Nancy is also survived by her sisters, Nora Lovell and Linda (Reed)Nesbit and brother Frank (Karlyn) Dawes, brother-in-law Fred Hall. She also leaves behind her dear friend, Rosie Higgins, who was a godsend. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, brothers-in-law Mark, Lloyd, Dwinal, sisters-in-law Louise, Carolyn and Gloria, her daughter in law Bobbie Jo, son in law, Ron and Stepson, Mike. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Pleasant Meadows for the love and care they provided to mom while she was a resident there; also, to the staff at Northern Light EMMC's CCU unit, who treated their mom with dignity, respect and a caring touch during her final days.
