Nancy J. Tozier SAINT ALBANS - Nancy Jean Webber Tozier, 79, went home to meet the Lord on October 21, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born October 8, 1943 a daughter of Ervin and Crystal Weeks. She graduated from Dexter Regional High School, Class of 1961. Nancy was employed for a total of 20 plus years in banking, the Dexter school district, before retiring from B & A Railroad in Hermon. In her earlier years she enjoyed many different craft projects and sewing. She also enjoyed bowling on a team with her mother and grandmother. She was blessed with many wonderful Christian friends while attending several churches. She particularly enjoyed gardening and yard tasks. Nancy is survived by her husband David of St. Albans; her children, Steven and fiancee Jennifer of NH, Michelle Rezendes and husband Jim of RI, Scott and wife Amy of Dexter; a brother Carroll Weeks and wife Candy; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; 6 grandchildren, Cheryl, Dana, Olivia, Amanda and Sarah; several great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister Patricia and grandson Bryon. A private viewing will be held at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport. A public graveside committal service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Tuesday at Pine Grove Cemetery, Hartland, with the Rev. Leonard Reiss officiating.
