NEWPORT - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nina May (Hall) Boyington. She passed peacefully on Monday April 19, 2021 at the early age of 55, 6 days shy of her 56th birthday. She was born in Pittsfield but raised in Newport. She attended Nokomis Regional High and went to UMA for a degree in Behavioral Science. Nina worked at a variety of different jobs but most proud of her assistant manager position at Dunkin Donuts. She loved and cherished her garden, especially her roses. She also loved the outdoors, birds, lighthouses and angels. Nina married her soulmate, Scott A. Boyington on November 12, 2011 and they were together for 18 years. She is survived by 3 daughters, Sunnie Hall Howe, Amber Jean Gaumont and husband Cory, Heather Hudson and husband Jerry; 4 step daughters, Brittany, Rose, Justina and Kassandra; sister Geneva Kelly and husband Bill; brother LeRoy Hall and wife Nancy, brother John Hall and wife Jan, and brother Millard Hall and wife Jane; several close friends including Jamie Smith, Sue Towle, Mikey Towle, Cassandra Maskell and husband Shane, Barbara Loughry and River Santiago; a childhood friend Michael Morton; and 16 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Scott Boyington, her dad Ralph Hall and mom Alice Hall, sister Mildred "Miss Millie" Haining, and brother in law Larry Lee. Services and interment will be in the North Newport Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
