CORINNA & ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA - Nola S. Sawtelle went to be with the Lord October 2, 2020. She was born July 16, 1929 in Corinna, a daughter of Chester and Beulah (Curtis) Sprague. On May 18, 1949 she married Clifford W. Sawtelle, Jr. and they made their home in Corinna and spent many winters in Zephyrhills, FL. She graduated from Corinna Union Academy, Class of 1946 and was employed several years in the office of Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna and Crown Alexander Woolen Mill in Dexter. For 17 years she managed the Corinna Housing Corp. She and her husband also owned a local restaurant in Corinna for 3 years. When in Maine she attended the Cornerstone Baptist Church and was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Zephyrhills, FL. She is survived by a son Garry and wife Marge, a daughter Karen and husband Terry Gallison, all of Corinna; and son James and wife Holly of Bellows Falls, VT; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a sister, Dorinne Eastman of Newport. She was predeceased by her husband on December 2, 2012, and by an infant daughter. A celebration of life will be held at the children's discretion. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport. Burial will be in the Corinna Village Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Cornerstone Baptist Church, P. O.
