EXETER – Patsy Lever, 73, died April 30, 2023 at a Bangor hospital. She was born October 27, 1949 in Concord, New Hampshire. She and her husband Richard were licensed therapeutic foster parents. They were also members of the Charleston Church.

In addition to her husband Richard, she is survived by 2 sons, Larry and Kevin Braley; 2 daughters, Tammy Whitcomb and Tammie Lever; 2 stepdaughters, Angela McCan and Lorie Keenan; a brother, Michael Laughy; 2 sisters, Robin Dunkly and Mary Laughy; 17 grandchildren; and a number of great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Tuesday, May 9th at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport with the Rev. Robert Emrich officiating. Burial will be in the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Augusta.
