STETSON & NEWPORT – Penny Ardis Collins, 64, died May 17, 2023 at her Newport residence. She was born September 26, 1958 in Bangor a daughter of Lloyd and Marjorie (Harlbut) Collins, Jr. Penny loved and missed her family and was in turn loved by them. She had worked many years at Dexter Shoe Company and retired as a gardener in a greenhouse. Penny is survived by her son, Eric Collins; her daughter, Haley Beem; a brother, Preston Collins; a sister, Patricia Withee; and 3 grandchildren, Dylan, Zebulon and Hayden. A graveside committal service will be held at the Highland Cemetery, Carmel, at a later date. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
