NEWPORT - Randy Davis, 67, died November 15, 2021 at his residence. He was born September 9, 1954 in Dexter, a son of Sanger and Helen (Flagg) Davis, Sr. After attending electronics school he served 3 years active duty in the U. S. Air Force. He then served in the Army Reserves and transferred to the USAF Reserves serving for a time in Saudi Arabia. He served as a police reserve officer for the Towns of Newport and Orono and retired as parts manager for Hartley's in Newport. He currently served as vice chairman of the Newport Board of Selectman having served as Chairman.

In addition to his mother, Randy is survived by his wife Debbie (Murray) Davis of Newport; a daughter and husband Erin and Arthur Morrissette, and their daughter, Randy's pride and joy, Kyler Belle, all of Oakland; 2 brothers, Sanger, Jr. and friend Christine of Newport, Danny and wife Kathy of Kenduskeag. He was predeceased by his father.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport. Memorial donations may be made to the Bangor Humane Society, 693B Mt. Hope Avenue, Bangor, ME 04401.
