Hampden- Roy Clarke, 87, died March 30, 2019. He was born November 6, 1931 in Arkansas.
During his working years he was employed as a night watchman.
Roy has no known relatives.
He will be interred in the spring at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
