SANGERVILLE - Stella A. Murray, 99, went home to be with the Lord November 20, 2022. She was born January 15, 1923 in Harmony, a daughter of Grover and Mary (Tewksbury) Huff. She was employed at Fayscott in Dexter, Hartland Tannery and the Dexter Motor Lodge. She was a member of the New Life Baptist Church in Dover-Foxcroft. Stella married her husband Wilfred, Sr. on October 30, 1946 and he predeceased her on June 28, 1969. She was the last of 8 children. Stella was a loving mother and grandmother. She was the rock of the family and prayed for everybody.

She is survived by her 3 sons Kenny White, Wilfred "Joe" and wife Lynn Murray, Jerry and wife Fran Murray; and a daughter Margaret and husband Gushie Thurston of Sangerville; many grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Richard.

Private funeral services will be held at Crosby & Neal. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
