Terrence Dean "Terry" Holland, 48, passed away unexpectedly on July 21, 2019. He was born June 19, 1971. Terry grew up in the Etna community and spent the past ten years living in Stacyville. His most recent employments were with the Sherman Transfer Station and for the Town of Patten. Many also knew him by the nickname "Dino". Terry was an animal lover, an avid fisherman, and he enjoyed working on vehicles. He was well-liked by many. Terry was friendly and outgoing; always stopping to chat and he would go out of his way to help others. Terry will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his parents, Dean, Sr. and Tina Harmon; brother, Dean Harmon, Jr., all of Etna; sister, Michele and husband Michael Allison and their children, Makila and Mason all of Bucksport; his companion, Nicole Botting of Stacyville and her children, whom he treated like his own, Brendon Botting of Stacyville and Ashley and husband Nathaniel Lutz of Calais; grandmother, Thayes Harmon; uncles, aunts and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Ruth Holland; grandfathers, Ernest Holland and Carl Harmon, Sr.
A memorial service will be held 10 A. M. Saturday, August 3rd at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport with the Rev. Matthew Bagley officiating. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery, Carmel. Those who wish may leave written tributes at www.CrosbyNeal.com
