Thomas "Tom" M. Wagner, 60, of Newport and Plymouth, CT died on February 12, 2020 surrounded by his close family after a long courageous battle. He was born in Waterbury, CT on August 10, 1959 a son of Robert and Louise (Barber) Wagner. Tom graduated from E. C. Goodwin Technical High School, New Britain, CT in 1978. He was employed as a Union Iron Worker out of Local 496/Local 7 before he retired. He then became an avid farmer and outdoorsman. In addition to his mother, Tom is survived by his fiancee Sandy Larrabee and her mother Dot; his children, Carrielyn Reynolds, Beth Borden and husband Darin, Jamye Foster and husband J. C., and Garry "Sonny" Reynolds, II; stepchildren, Paul Moulton and wife Megan, Alan Wing and wife Marissa; grandchildren, Garry Dean Reynolds, III, Hailey Reynolds, Thomas Borden, Brynn Borden, James Foster, Jaxx Foster, Reese Moulton, Luke Moulton, Jazmyn Wing, PJ Phoster, and Brayden Phoster. He is also survived by his siblings, Todd and wife Lisa Wagner, Tim Wagner, Louise and husband Robert Newsome, Robert and wife Elaine Wagner, and Lee Wagner; many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held in the spring at his residence. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
