CORINNA--Virginia "Ginny" Veazie, 89, passed on February 12, 2021 at Dexter Health Care. She and her twin sister, Vernita, came into the world together on September 24, 1931, in Dexter, the daughters of Philip and Victoria ( Goulet ) Goulette. She graduated from N. H. Fay High School in Dexter and Husson College in Bangor. She was a communicant of Our Lady of The Snows Parish, St. Anne's Church, Dexter, and was a communicant of St. Anne's Parish in Haines City, FL.
In 1952, she married her high school sweetheart, Kenneth Veazie and in August celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary. Ginny was employed at Central Maine Power Company in Dexter and was a devoted farm wife for many years. She and Kenneth built Veazland Farms into a herd of registered Holstein cattle that was known worldwide. She worked hard to support her children in all their ventures from sports to exhibiting their Holsteins at local and regional shows.
Ginny and Ken spent their winters at Lake Region Village in Haines City, FL for over 30 years where she was part of the Village Choir and spent many hours helping out at shuffleboard tournaments. Summers were spent at her camp on Ripley Pond where she loved to cook and entertain at family gatherings. No one ever went hungry! Ginny loved to laugh, sing, dance, and serenaded us while playing her organ. She was an avid competitor playing cards and the marble game.
In addition to her husband of Corinna, she is survived and will be greatly missed by 3 daughters, Katherine and husband Greg Joy of New Gloucester, Patricia Pelletier of MT, and Sharon and husband Steve Towle of Dexter; 2 sons and their wives, Richard and Margaret Veazie of Dexter and Robert and Kelly Veazie of Corinna; 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; her twin sister, Vernita Gajewski of Dover, NH; and many nieces and nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Gerald and Eugene Goulette; sisters, Inez David, Geraldine Dyer, Christina Murphy, and Ernestine Goulette who died at 3 months of age.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in May. Visitation will be private. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal.
