CORINNA - Warren G. Carr, 90, died April 13, 2022 at his residence. He was born April 30, 1931 in Norton, MA, to Russell and Ela (Walker) Carr. He attended Norton schools until the family moved to Mansfield, MA, where he graduated from high school, Class of 1948. He joined the U.S. Navy SeaBees in 1950, serving for 4 years.

He retired from Plumber's Local #12 in Boston in 1991. He moved with his friend Patricia Johnson to Parkman in 1999 and in 2002 they moved to Corinna. Warren enjoyed caring for his home and land and "running hounds" (beagles) at field trials and hunting. One of his greatest pleasures was spending the month of October rabbit hunting in Kokadjo staying in a big tent with Matt Curry and his hunting buddies. He also liked playing billiards twice a week with his friends.

He is survived by 5 children, Russell of Corinna, Richard of Parkman, Jayne Thrasher of Foxboro, MA, Jennifer Gill of Norton, MA, and Ronald of Chicago, IL; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.

Warren was predeceased by his first wife Lorraine (Poland) Carr and his second wife Joan (Bryden) Carr.

His ashes are to be scattered on his property. Cremation arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
